a. Mr. Mrigank Dhanuka resigned from the post of Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. 23.07.2019. He however continues to be on the Company’s Board as a Non Executive / Non Independent Director.

b. Resignation of Mr. Basudeo Beriwala, Independent Director, effective from the conclusion of the board meeting held on 21.05.2018.

c. Resignation of Mr. Ashok Kumar Lohia (DIN: 00132070) Independent/ Non-executive w.e.f. 10.08.2017.

d. Resignation of Mr. Mrigank Dhanuka (DIN: 00005666) having resigned from the post of Director with effect from 12.02.2025 has also vacated the office of Non-Executive Vice Chairmanship of the Company w.e.f. 12.02.2025.
