You would be asked for some Personal Information such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, product selections, credit card or other payment information etc . We may also collect information about where you are on the internet (eg, the URL you came from, IP address, domain types), your browser type, the country where your computer is located, the pages of our website that were viewed during your visit, etc . We may collect this information to improve the quality of our service.
2. SHIPPING POLICY
Where All Do We Deliver?
Presently we undertake domestic deliveries only through Desk to Desk Courier & Cargo (“DTDC”).
We request you to provide full street address with state, pin code / zip code in your communication to us.
Please ensure that in your absence at the selected place of delivery someone else is there to receive the package when delivery is attempted.
Shipping cost is based on item price and weight. More number of items in your shopping bag will get you the benefits of lesser shipping charges. The weight of each item can be checked on the detail page of the product and will be rounded up to the next 250 grams.
For a special or preferred delivery date, the sender must mention the delivery date when placing their order. If the order does not contain any delivery date, then it will be delivered at the first opportunity, as soon as possible.
All the shipments are delivered within 5-7 working days from date of order.
Transit risk is all ours. However, DTIL. will not responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer’s address by postal / courier agency.
Shipment and Tracking Details
We will send you an email with tracing number, regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier along with courier company’s website and expected date of delivery.
Address Change Requests
Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alteration. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order.
Multiple Address Order
If you want to send the product to different addresses, you may place multiple orders.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Where the address and zip code do not match the article shall be returned to DTIL. Some courier companies charge a penalty for returning articles for incorrect address. The customer will have to bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.
All products come with standard package so as to withstand any damage / loss to quality/ quantity of the product.
Time to Ship
Your order will ordinarily be processed within 2-3 days of your placing it. You can expect to receive your order, on average, within 5-7 days of placing the order.
What if Any Delays?
No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for delays beyond our control. If, there is going to be an unreasonable delay in shipping, we will notify you accordingly and also if desired, refund the full amount paid by you.
Billing Address and Shipping Address
Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.
What happens if my order is lost in transit?
If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then reprocess/reship the order.
3. RETURNS POLICY
Our motto is to ensure complete shopping satisfaction to you during each and every purchase from us.
We do our best to make sure you never need to use this policy. But still, If an item you ordered from us does not meet your expectations do write to us.
We at DTIL are dedicated to offer you the best quality products and our best services.
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
– The item may have got damaged during transit; or
– There might be a manufacturing defect; or
– That a wrong item is delivered through inadvertence.
If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered, please contact us by email within 24 hours of receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. On hearing from you, we shall promptly attend to the same and also advice you accordingly over phone /e-mail and thereafter, if necessary, even arrange to reship the item as a replacement with no extra shipping cost to you.
If the original ordered item is not immediately available for immediate shipment then we will request you to choose an alternate item and reship the same to you with no extra shipping cost to you. If you do not want any alternate item then we will refund you in full with no deduction whatsoever, or may even suggest any other amicable resolution process as may be mutually agreed.
Here Are Some Important & Helpful Guidelines on Returns
- Always email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have an issue.
- Always report your problem within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Never send back the product without consulting with us. It’s very important that you DO NOT send back the product until you have verified with us. No credit or replacement shall be given on such items.
- Be as specific as possible when describing the problem.
- Always return your items using registered airmail / courier.
- Any shipping costs of sending back the above and also what the customer has thereafter also paid for towards shipping charges while receiving them are the responsibility of the customer and shall need to be borne and paid by the customer only.
- Please return within 7 working days of confirmation from our end, and with original packing, Please ensure TAG intact and in original condition (No used or altered items). Please ensure to include a copy of the invoice you received.
- As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn’t get delivered to us, we cannot help you. So make sure to send through suggested postal service only and forward the details to us and keep the airway bill or postal receipt till it gets delivered to us.
All refunds will be effected directly to the customer’s account. It would normally take about 3 to 5 business days to be processed from the date of receipt of the rejected material. The corresponding bank of the customers may also take about 2 business days to actually post these to the customer’s accounts from the date we processed the credits.
Be Extra Alert when Accepting Parcel from Courier
If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the items quality and quantity with invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Also lodge proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that we may, if deemed necessary at our end, also pursue them.
Color & Description Disclaimer
The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, details etc.) quoted with the product displays may vary.
A customer must place an order keeping in mind minor variations in color may occur between as seen on the computer screen and the actual color of the product received.
DTIL firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual product ordered.
Every customer using the Site to orders any product from us is deemed to have fully read and made himself/herself/itself aware of this.
4. PAYMENT POLICY
We accept payments through accredited Credit / Debit Cards, Net Banking and specified e-wallets.
We have taken several steps to ensure that payments made on DTIL are safe and secure. At no point will anyone from DTIL ask you to share your Credit Card, Bank Account or your Account details via email or call. An order placed may for any reason get cancelled for which we will be obliged to effect refund of the money if any received. An order will also get cancelled if the information provided by a customer is found incomplete. The customer will be notified within 24-72 hours in such an event. It will be the customer’s responsibility to furnish correct information and re-place the order within 48 hours.
